I became a Realtor to help people make educated decisions when purchasing real estate. Its not just about getting the sale its about helping my client make the right choice purchasing their home. "Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions in your life!" When I made a home purchase some years ago I missed some things that the common eye should have seen. It was missed by me because purchasing real estate is sometimes an emotional decision. I have learned from that and now strive to prevent other people from missing important adverse aspects in the property they wish to purchase.
